Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice, if you fail to notify us within 24 hours you incur 50% of the cost of your session.

* If you can send someone in lieu of you for that appointment day/time, who is also an existing client, there will be no fee charged.

Will incur the full cost of the appointment and the fee will be added to your account. You will be required to pay the balance on your account before booking any further sessions.

Appointment Times

​

To clarify, the appointment duration includes both the intake process and the hands-on massage.

 

During your first visit, we’ll spend approximately 15 minutes discussing your health history and goals, as well as reviewing the treatment plan. This ensures that you are fully informed and comfortable before we begin the hands-on portion of your session.

I appreciate your cooperation in this process, as it helps me provide you with the safest and most effective treatment possible. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask!

Refusal Of Service

For the safety of all clients and to maintain a professional environment, I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time. Reasons for this may include, but are not limited to:

- Intoxication
- Sexual or romantic advances
- Illness or infectious conditions

If you develop any skin condition, please consult with your doctor before scheduling a massage. Should you exhibit any of the above conditions or behaviors, treatment will be denied, and you will still be charged for the appointment. Additionally, you may be discharged from the practice.
